3/23/2009 The most authentic chinese restaurant in Milwaukee! I enjoyed my dinner from the start to finish. Tasteful decor. Excellent service. Jing actually came to almost every table to greet her customers. Get the 'special menu' and go crazy. Sometimes Jing will even suggest dishes that are not on the menu. If you have a craving not on the menu, just ask and the chef might just make it happen.
Finally, a chinese restaurant in Milwaukee I feel proud mentioning to friends.

8/11/2009 Ask for the authentic menu unless you are happy with standard Chinese-American dishes. Ask if they can make you fresh steamed fish, Chinese greens (like gai-lan). Other faves are salt and pepper shrimp and squid, eggplant casserole, rice noodles with beef. Definitely order Shangihai dumplings (soup dumplings, aka Xiaolongbao). The duck on the authentic menu is also really good. The people are super nice and helpful. Have taken young kids lots of times, & everyone is always happy.

This is the freshest chinese restaurant I have ever been to. Dine in or take out. Complimentary ice cream in a little container with your fortune cookie and jasmine tea!!
