4/25/2010 Went for drinks with a large group and it was really nice. They have a great area for larger groups with a cozy fireplace and plenty of seating. My experience with the bar and the waitstaff made me feel they were an attentive, helpful bunch.
I didn't get to try the pizza, but it looked like a very nice thin-crust pan style. Place was modern and clean and everything about it made me want to come back for dinner.

2/1/2010 Finally a pizza place in Milwaukee with some imagination! They have many toppings other places must be afraidto use. The crust is thin and crispy, just the way it should be. They also have several pizzas without red sauce - AMEN!!
Try the hot pepper pizza! Awesome!
Service could be better, but it's not terrible. It's also usually pretty smokey but after 7/5/2010 that won't be a problem.

1/7/2010 Okay so I have to start out like an excited teenager and say "OMG!" This is strictly for you south-side occupants, remember Mr. D's and their GREAT thin crust pizza? Well here we go again, Olive Pit is like the Mr. D's "reborn." They're not in any way affiliated but since the old hidden gem was closed and even reopened (in West Allis non-the-less) I've been dying for the same type of fresh, cheesy, fold-able thin crust pizza; the kind that has toppings with magnificent texture and flavor to it. Oh and its all good, any kind of pizza or toppings will not disappoint you. Again I'm only writing to the south-side, I'm sure there's great pizza in other Mil locations like Edwardo's, pizza shuttle, Maria's, etc....... But NO, even those places cant hang with this unique and yummy pizza! I recommend carry out.
