8/31/2010 Love this place but so sad that I only got to go twice!

It's such a cute place with few tables and some booths of dark wood. The best part is the patio in the back of the restaurant.

Oysters and little neck clams. Yum! Lollipop chicken wings, spicy and yum! The dish was smaller than I hoped. French dip was great and the dipping sauce was delicious. Nicoise salad, wonderful but there was only 4 pieces of tuna *sad face*. The onion rings are the best I ever had (moist and flavorful). Oyster shooter was flavorful with a smaller oyster. Walter breakfast and the bread were great. Fried chicken was tasty and moist but the waffle was a bit dry. I love everything I had here.

8/19/2010 Brooklyn style. Hypster to the right level. Great atmosphere, great service, good food.... EXCELLENT DRINKS. Cocktails were a real treat!!

Got there with bf and his sys... just a very nice hang out excuse. We did not have to wait even it was Sunday evening, it was past 8,30 pm.

Great corner booth table. Noise level just perfect considering the happy chaps having a birthday celebration two tables away. Super 80/90s music :)

Drinks were all top league and perfectly mixed. My old style was exactly as Don Draper would like!!

I got a great bar steak. Served as I requested medium rare with fresh greens and fries. Yummmmmm!!! The meat was tender and juicy. Really nice. Little B and BJ got fish. According to them very nice and well cooked. Potatoes were just a bit under cooked.

Not the cheapest, but totally in range for an almost fancy Sunday eve meal.

Go visit, it is a nice Brooklyn hang out!!

8/10/2010 Yum!

Friendly, fast service... great location and decor. We sat outside, had oysters a la carte (awesome)-- I had the Tuna Nicoise salad... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... was very delicious, simple, fresh. Other dishes on the table: Lobster Roll (very good, but a lot of celery) and the Salmon special. I hear the Tomato salad is delicious (but not a huge tomato fan so I didn't try it)-- honorable mentions: Crabmeat and Artichoke dip... wow.

Overall-- Food and service was outstanding. Prices were a little steep, but worth it in the end.

9/3/2010 Delicious oysters. Amazing Lobster roll. What????? Finally a grown up place in BBurg (meaning over 25 and earn your own money)??????
The cocktail selection is wonderful. The bartenders are cute, smooth, flirty, and smart. The waiters are actually around......it is pricey, but I'll spend it every time just to have a wonderful time with my friends, meet neighbors, flirt with the bartenders, and NOT be surrounded by anything that conjures up the word hipster.
