South River Vineyard is a unique winery housed in a century-old Chapel that was first built in 1892, fifty miles away from its current location, in Shalersville, Ohio.

At South River Vineyard you can stroll through the vineyards with your wine, cozy up by the outdoor fireplace, overlook the breathtaking view of the Grand River Canyon from the veranda, or relax on a pew inside the quiet, romantic setting of the church.

South River Vineyard is a 45-acre vineyard estate that straddles South River Road.

The farm is planted to almost 40 acres of vineyards that include Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Semillion.

Try our crisp whites, dry, smooth reds, or our temptingly sweet ice wines.
